Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via phone or email within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Product

  Ensure all items, including the adjustable base or mattress, are in their original condition and securely packaged for safe transit back to our facility.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.

  Verification & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
